Returns

Seven days from delivery, unused and in the original box with all accessories.

Faulty or wrongly shipped items are collected at our cost.

  • Any unit opened by a third-party repair shop.

Start the claim from your account. If the fault is clear we ship a replacement before the faulty unit reaches us; otherwise it goes to the service centre and we cover freight both ways.
